Jordan gave a list of in-demand items to look for at yard sales. Just to name a few, “tools, furniture, musical instruments, and baby gear,” Jordan said.
He also mentioned under-the-radar treasures you might overlook.
Jordan referred to this list as “architectural salvage” because it includes items the average person might miss or not see value in.
Jon reached out to some savvy “Live in the D” viewers who scored big-time at yard sales.
Beth Beal, CEO of B2 Solutions and a commercial real estate finance adviser, found a discarded door from a classic 1955 Chevy for $150. She had it mounted as an art installation in her automobile storage facility.
