Stretch of northbound I-75 in Monroe County closed due to crash

Crash involving semi truck, MDOT vehicles closes freeway

MONROE COUNTY, Mich. – Northbound I-75 is closed in Monroe County Tuesday morning.

Update: Truck driver killed, several MDOT workers injured after crash on I-75 in Monroe County

The closure on I-75 at Nadeau Road was reported at around 9 a.m. on June 24.

A semi-truck can be seen severely damaged across the freeway near I-275, along with Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) vehicles that are also damaged.

Injuries from the crash are not yet known.

It’s not clear when the freeway will reopen.
